   • The practice makes extensive use of the patient portal in its communications and a Dutch phone number is require<\/strong>d to access the patient portal<\/strong>. We therefore strongly advice not to register if you do not have a Dutch telephone number.<\/li>\n

   • Children also need to have a unique email address<\/strong> to create their own portal. This may be an alias of another email address of a caretaker. The phone number may be shared with multiple family members.<\/li>\n
